Time Capsules are a complete mess, but here's 2 easy things to help solve the problem

1. There should be a way to rate time capsules *after* they're found, like a simple thumbs up vs thumbs down. Once a capsule has a low enough score it could be removed from the game and placed back into the initial time capsule voting site https://subnautica.unknownworlds.com/time-capsules

2. Don't make capsules mandatory. Currently you have to launch one in order to finish the game, which is leading to a shitton of low effort or spam posts on the voting site made by people who just want to finish the game and don't care about the capsules. Those people aren't the problem though, they shouldn't be forced to make one to beat the game. Making a capsule should be completely optional (and this should also be told to the player when given the option to make one).

Just an example of how bad it is right now, SPOILERS https://i.redd.it/qy4du0rqcci01.jpg This pic contains capsules that /u/Alendrathril found. In them, there's a goddamn selfie and two pics of the rocket, a major spoiler for the ending. And these were all manually approved by a Dev... According to the Dev running the capsule stuff, you can find up to 40 in your game. Of the 16 in that picture, 3 are garbage or spoilers, which is pretty shit considering they were all hand picked.

What do you think about these ideas?
