How can I get copyright permission to make some of the sound effects into ringtones on Zedge?

I have checked, there aren't any ringtones or notifications from Subnautica that I can find. I was hoping I could make the reaper sound effects into a ringtone and maybe a peeper noise for a notification sound. Zedge says it is required that I get expressed permission from the owners of the noises if I have not created it. If anyone knows, I would appreciate it. If I am denied of permission, that's ok. just thought it might be neat.
