Cleaning up Alien Feces

Hey all,
So this is a strange thing to talk about but... I just spent 10 minutes cleaning up after Sea Treaders. There're so many lumps in the Grand Reef near my base that performance suffered, and I went around picking up alien doodoo with my prawn and dumping it all in trash cans.
At least the game got a tiny bit more bearable after that.
So just a request: Can the Sea Treaders' alien feces sink and vanish into the ground like the Shale outcrops over time? There's no shortage of it at any rate.

Devs need to make things stop spawning in a chunk if there are already too many, and some 5 is already too many for random things showing up.
Today I also found more than 10 salvage wrecks near my base, which I have to periodically clear from stalker teeth
