(im from brazil so dont judge my english) so i have a question
what do i have to do if my game suddently have a veeeery little resolution and even if i delete every file from my computer it still continues?
(i mean litlle like realy tiny i cant even see the buttons and all)

Try upping the texture resolution in your game settings or update your graphics drivers

You can manually set the resolution in the Steam Library by doing this, right click Subnautica in the Library and select properties -> launch options. Add the following in that input field

-screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080

Or a resolution you want to use

Well TBH he has a point. Google does index this forum and a better title would be a lot more helpful for this issue.
