Refunding seems a bit drastic, this game is still in active development and has a helpful community. So this might range from an unfortunate bug, a simply a wrongly configured file or some oddball false positive in your anti virus

So it seems you still have the NS2.exe in the game directory?

Also perhaps upload the log.txt from your "%appdata%/Natural Selection 2" dir, could be something in there...

NS2.exe is still in the directory,i uninstalled NS2 for a bit and will download it again to test it.

Thanks for fast respond, feel free to post more things so i have more things to test when i re-install.

I couldn't find that directory, but i think the problem is my shitty pc.

    Amd Sempron 2500+ 1.41 GHz

    2 GB ram

ASUS 3650 Series(very similar to Geforce 7900 GT)

I wont upgrade for a long time so guess i cant play it unless there is an solution.

Well that "NS2.exe not found" is an entirely different issue, not related to the layout of your PC.

However, that hardware is way too old. When was Sempron introduced again, something around 2004? Everything you've got is extremely outdated and that is an understatement. I'm not even sure the HD3650 has proper shader 3.0 support

It seems it has shader 4.1 support, but it's not a true gaming card, it's a midrange 3D card and is still from a lot of generation ago... Just for reference:

An Intel C2D ~2.5Ghz with a HD4850 512Mb and 2GB memory can barely run it and is just below/right on the border of the minimum requirements. That rig would be around 3 maybe even 4 times more powerful than your rig

I know,it's just that im playing some games i shouldn't be able to play at all at playable FPS so i thought i can run this somehow on lowest. Well i wont know until i play it,if this issue gets fixed that is.

    Hi,

do you by any chance use a 32bit OS? NS2 doesn't support 32bit OS versions anymore.

The Amd Sempron 2500 does indeed have a 32-bit instruction set, sadly

Very unfortunate, NS2 dropped 32-bit support just last week :/
That being said, I think it's safe to assume you would not have gotten "playable FPS" from the game with your setup. NS2 is pretty resources-hungry compared to other games released around the same time.
