  Seems to happen intermittently for different blueprints, depending on how the world was generated when you started the game. It's been like this for a while, and seems to come and go. I noticed it in 54584, too.

  Confirmed. Seen first Time in 54162. Scanned 1st part of seamoth near a savepod and had a acustic message that the thread is started, but it wasnt.

  This is a known bug (I posted about it on June 28). They're working on it.

  That one is marked resolved, isn't it? They show it resolved as of [51244] on July 26th.

  I'm not Trello-savvy; someone pointed that out to me earlier. If it's marked as resolved they need to un-mark it, 'cause it ain't resolved!
