Phantom Sounds In Ns_nancy

On ns_nancy whenever I'm in airlock exchange I hear a sound every 10 seconds or so. It's either the marine reloading sound or the switching to your lmg sound. Then in Auxillary Generators I always hear a "missed parasite" sound. I know these aren't coming from players that are there. They are definately coming from nowhere. Try it yourself. Is this a map bug, or just a sick joke from the designer ( <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> ) ?

    OMG. I'm not the only one.

    I have the same problem(?). LMG "taking out" sound, or PARASITE, or even the "cloak" sound at 1-2 hives.. (no sensory)

    REALLY freaks me out

    Yeah, I hear these sounds too. They must be part of the map.

    The LMG noise is a pain when you're an Alien after you've taken out the main marine base. You get paranoid and start looking for hidden IPs.

    And the cloaking noise when you are marine makes you paranoid that a Fade is gonna chop your face off the minute you step out of your base.

    They must have mixed in some code with the hallucination grenade from TFC..

    I heard those LMG sounds too.
    Took a look at the .bsp and can't find any such sounds though. So it's probably an un-intentional map problem.

    You will hear the pull out an LMG sound at any Marine start in any map.

    I hear em too, its a bug. Next patch should fix it.

    Hearing LMG loading sounds at marine starts happen when marines have moved to a new location and a player spawns from the IP. Probably also happens at the observatory spawn point as well.

    That REALLY scare me when I'm a Gorge and I'm bulding in their base because they've built a new one.
