[FIXED] Cursor Glitch on mac (stable)

So recently (I mean 30 seconds ago) I closed Subnautica because of this one glitch during the loading screen where my cursor would keep disappearing and appearing non-stop for the whole loading screen (about 130 seconds so 2 minutes my computer is slow) and when the game started up and I was building my base this same glitch was happening and it made my player move so badly I couldn't play (btw it also lagged more then usual) I've encountered this before and closing to the main menu usually works but not this time for the past 2 days I've been dealing with this. Please can someone tell me what to do to fix this.
