Change the sign to be made by a modified builder, but free

The main problem with the sign was always the fact that by the time you need them, you actually need a lot of them- and although not very scarce, copper is used for so many different things it's hard to justify using using 20+ pieces on basically aesthetics. Therefore, I propose to make a special version of the builder- simply an upgrade from the modification station, so as to reuse the same model- that is used exclusively for placing signs, but does so for free (except for the cost of crafting said tool, of course).

I'd say one silica, max. There's nothing to those signs, certainly nothing to warrant copper wire.

Really, we should be fabricating a Sharpie and that's all.

Why not just change the recipe to use Titanium? Copper is now so valuable since it's needed in everything since the computer chip now uses it and gold instead of silver.
