Not Able To Harvest Table Coral

I was in the middle of a hardcore run(as usual) and for whatever reason I went to get table coral for the vehicle modification station and for whatever reason when I hit table coral, and I tried loads of different table coral, it would not break. I tried upgrading my knife, dropping it, and making a new one but it still wouldn't let me harvest it. I can't make the grapple arm, drill arm, or anything I don't have that requires computer chips. This is happening on Xbox One and so far this is the only time I've heard of this happening.

I already get this issue, two posibilities.
1°) You inventory is full
2°) A quit + reload savegame solved this problem

I had this issue once. I found some other Table Coral I could reap. As well, a save, restart, and then reload will definitely work around it.

There was an issue with one of the experimental branches a while back in which parts of the world had a sort of invisible shield over them that prevented you from even touching them. When this bug was in the game, you couldn't harvest any resources at all. Later, they went too far the *other* direction. Then, you could break the Table Coral. But you had to catch it quick before it fell through the world.

Ive encountered this bug on almost every playthrough lately, some times it will let me get like 6 or so before my knife just smacks uselessly. i get the animation of the knife hitting but they never move. also once it triggers i cant pick anyones up that i already cut. drill arm is negative as well, propulsion cannon can pick up but thats the only interaction. Chances of this happening seem to increase with Playtime.

Edit: restart and reload will usually provide quick fix
