Nuclear Reactor Fragments

KK, so I'm stuck finding nuclear reactor fragments. I think I've always found them in the Grand Reef but now I can't find them anywhere and I think I've exhausted my search throughout the whole map. So I have a question, but please be careful how you answer.

Have the nuclear reactor fragments been moved in the Precursor update?

Here's where I would like you to be careful how you answer. All I require is a yes or no to the question above. I don't want to know where the fragments are. I could be wrong when I saw I remember the fragments being in the Grand Reef in previous games prior to the Orecursor update. I don't want to be corrected or confirmed regarding my recollection. However all I want to know is has the spawn location for these fragments been moved?

They're all over the place now, so in a sense they have moved location. A lot of the blueprints aren't spawned willy nilly all over the map anymore. You really have to go exploring at POI in order to find specific ones now.
