Beached my Cyclops in shallow water. When I came back to it, it had capsized.

While I was trying to fix my sub my PRAWN clipped through the ground and I fell all the way to the Active Lava Zone.

Wasn't the Warper; I used the console to warp back to the surface before I burned to death. I think falling into the Lava Zone all the way from the Shallows was a glitch.

Sometimes it happens, i had that a few times with both cyclops and seamoth, i used the terraformer tool to dig them free, maybe you could try it next time.

Build a multipurpose room right next to it, tends to propel vehicles pretty hard when you do that.
