Game Chrashes when Exploring.

So i experienced more then 15 times today that when i swim around and i get close to the mushrooms forests or something that needs alot of render to load, my game Crashes I dont know why it crashes like that because it didn't do that in the start of the game but after 8 hours of gamplay it began on it. I hope you guys can help because the game is unplayable when it keeps crashing.
