    If you're referring to the mushroom Biome, we already got that ingame!

    If you're referring to those one-eyed worm thingies coming out of the purple brain corals then yes i very much agree with you that it'd be cool as all hell!

    Would surely get a heart attack the first time i'd see that pop out of there tho lol

    Neat stuff.

    Looks like the Brain Coral. Combined with the exterior grow bed they can be used to create a cheap, easy and limitless oxygen source nearly anywhere.

    If the devs ever implement those tentacles as hostile, doing that might get interesting. They don't look hostile though, or capable of doing much.

    I wonder if the Coral and the Tentacles are even thought to be part of the same lifeform.

    There are a lot of neat species that didn't make it out of concept art.

    My favourite is this one:

    The idea of hitching a ride is cool.

    However, more importantly - Grand Reef, and Sea Treader path really need a couple of unique fish to give them a different feel!

    Would love to see something hostile in the brain corals. imagine going on last seconds of oxygen, rushing to the brain coral as you know you don't have a chance to reach the surface. Screen goes almost full black, suddenly you hit that so desired air bubble and boom you're attacked by one of those. Make your choice, swim away and suffocate or fight for your life. That's what I call exciting survival. Would be awesome if they follow you for a while just to not allow the player to simply avoid them by swimming up and breathing the bubbles above the coral.
