  The Cutefish won't be able to grow up or have any abilities or anything? It's purely cosmetic? Honestly, I don't mind either way. If we get other ways to grow a sea monster pet, than I could see this being a reskin or something, nothing game changing, but if not it would make a good cosmetic pet for early backers.

  The wiki has artwork showing it exploding like a crash fish. So at some point they've at least considered giving it bang.

  I'd be happy with just a cosmetic cute fish but an exploding one could be fun, provided we could eg. clone a replacement. Might be ok if they do add multiplayer later, if they limit us to x number of pets and there are comparable alternatives.

  lol the bone structure is nothing like the emperor. I'd rather it be left to the imagination tbh, doesn't need an explanation of what it is.

  Yeah...the skeleton in lost river has crocodile-like jaws like the sea dragon...so it's probably an ancestor/relative of the dragon, not the emperor (which has a head that suggests a plankton/plant eater rather than a carnivore...which is good for us the player since there are too many things in that ocean already that want to eat us)
