Spawning Problem

So the new update came threw to my PC and I really excited to c the Ghost rays, crimson Rays, sea dragon and warpers. When i started searching i already saw a problem. I was in the lava zone checking out the black castle when this update came threw and i have only seen crimson rays and warpers. the sea dragon has not spawned. i even went to the active lava zone and once again no sea dragon. decided to check the cove tree out but when i got there there was not a single ghost ray in sight. could someone help me with explaining why some spawn and some don't?
