[SPOILERS] How I feel about Carar at the moment

Any of you play World of Warcraft? Before its latest expansion, Legion, there was a pre-expansion event which involved Demons invading small parts of the world. You and a bunch of other players could go and fight off these Demons. It was basically setting up how high the stakes were for Legion, and what would happen if we didn't succeed in pushing them back. This is exactly how I feel about the Carar right now, infecting wildlife just to give you a taste of how bad the Carar actually is. The invading Demons disappeared when Legion launched, and I expect, since Obraxis said that this was a temporary effect, these creatures will disappear close to or at launch.
If this is what they were going for I really like it. If it isn't, that's awesome too, I can just go on imagining
