[BUG] Mad mouse in menu

Hey all,
Many month I stopped to play, because of my issue. And the recent update didn't fix it.
My problem looks like simple, my mouse is clipping in the menu, right in the center, and i can't move it, sometime move pretty fast everywhere but I can't select anythings, same issue when I open the bug tracker.
So I can't play, can't select the option, do nothing
I tried to select another resolution: same.
I also tried the start option in steam, like -safe or -w 1600, nothing work.
I need help
