I can't get inside the aurora there is no way to get inside from what I can see I swam all the way around

First the ship needs to explode and after that happened you need to find a way at the front of the ship (not side or back)

It already did that but I still can't get in and the door in the front is block by crates

You can toss the crates with the propulsion cannon and access the door to cargo bays

One fragment is in the Aurora. The others are in one of the wrecks. (The Northern Mushroom Forest one)

That's not the only entrance. Go up the ramp, over the 'bridge' made by a piece of wreckage and explore there.

Just walk directly away from the blocked doorway. There's a path slightly above water level just to the right of directly ahead, which leads up several ramps.
