Well done guys! It's not as huge an article as in other magazines, but it's still mentioned.

Well done.

Oh, I though it was only the UK PCG. Apparently, the postal service screws me over once again.

I saw that recently, did a little dance of joy at the magazine rack, but assumed someone would've already posted it. The only downside is AFAIK that little thing is it. Just that.

    I'm disappointed in Chuck, myself.

NS only ranks #4 on his played list?

Hell, sonny, when I was your age NS wasn't even out yet. all they had was a pair of green tentacles and a floating skulk that was the size of a horse and couldn't move his limbs. Hell, he was called Bob back then! I was around before they even coded in the level 5 alien. I was around for the mini-nuke, ****!

Geez. Thinking back on it, NS has come a massively long way from way-pre-RC1 to 1.03.

Seeing as how NS is still in Beta and its in the top 4 with completed games. That really tells you something right there. You should all expect a bigger crowd in the next month or 2.

Think about it this way though. Half Life is around 4 years old. PCGamer has been talking about it for FOUR YEARS. Eventually, they have to move on to something else. Perhaps they don't want to be labeled "HalfLifeGamer".

Completed comshmeted. NS placed in the top 5 alongside games which have had multi-million dollar budgets and development teams of 100+. Decent recognition for a mod which was done in people's spare time for free.

    Opinion

n 1: a personal belief that is not founded on proof or certainty; "my opinion differs from yours"; "what are your thoughts on Haiti?" a month ago there was a page review about NS in nordic countries biggest gaming magazine(Pelit, thats Games in finnish). And thats a lot compared that so called real games(for example Mech Warrior 4 Mercenaries) gets 2 or three pages at most and HL mods almost never appear. They gave it 88/100 and their "approval stamp for being a great game". I don't know if you care but just came to my mind
