Subnautica wont install properly?

I downloaded Subnautica a while back and after a 3.2GB install, it said that the game had an update. Every time I tried to update the game, it would completely wipe the files and then start re-downloading the game. I tried reinstalling multiple times but it still tells me that there is an update. When I do not update, I can find the game in my folder but I am playing an older version of the game (has the Terraformer). I'm thinking my steam is bugged and there actually isn't an update (If the Terraformer hasn't been removed yet). My other steam games don't have this problem so it is specifically this game only. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks
