How about a periscope?

I know there's not a need for one in the traditional sense. Although having one on the Cyclops could be useful as it would give us a 360 degree view from above, and you can't deny, it would be really cool. " Up Periscope". If you also want a periscope hit agree or awesome. Maybe enough of us can convince the devs.

There's a camera located on the conning tower, it does exactly what you want and describe. Drive the sub and look to the left to access the cameras.

@SanguisDiabolus Thanks, didn't know that. Still it would be neat to have a periscope to access that camera, just for the effect
