Hello, for some reason there is water in my base on my 2 new subnautica saves. (Version Early Development Build 34431 Jul-2016). The thing is that on my first ever save I never have uncounted that bug, and still haven't yet. And also there are no holes in the base... Any help?
Thank you.
Thank you.

If so, this is something that has always existed. Theres nothing to be done about that until they decide to get it fixed sadly.
Just to clarify Rainstorm's question/statement: if your base has a level at the sea-surface, there will be water in that level. Any levels above or below should be fine. For whatever reason, there is a known bug where the water level exists within any parts of a base that straddles the water/air divide.
If you have water in multiple levels, there's something(s) else going on.
Water has always been very simplified in video games. Makes me wonder what resources a liquid physics water line and wave simulation would require.
I know there are always technical demands, but they did sort it out for the cyclops. I think (based on zero video game development on my part) that they have (at least) two sets of water-rules. I say this because, when I am in the cyclops, the water line does not come inside, and you can see placeables through walls of the base when you are in the cyclops.
For now, my solution (when I want a "crow's nest" on my base) is to use the vertical connector to span the air-water interface.
