Too much constructions and deconstructions ?

Hello, I'm new to the game and I want to know is there any disadvantage from deconstructing the building for too often ?
I'm asking this because I like to dive around the deep ocean without coming to the surface. This can be done by building the smallest unit of building, usually a corridoor(To save inventory slot) and any type of generator (Solar panel is easiest) Once I have built it I get inside, breath the air, then deconstruct it and travel further to the deeper zone and rebuild it repeatedly. By doing this, I can dive as long as I want by just having few building material in my pocket. Sometimes I also carried materials for battery charger to build it in a corridor and recharge my seaglide then deconstruct and move. I found this method to be very effective when exploring cave, finding fragments and when I want too go deeper than my seamoth, and only when there is no cost of deconstruction. I also found the solar panel to be amazing. Where I think it won't work, It works, like at the bottom of the cave under the mountain island, the solar panel works perfectly although there is no sun light at all.

As for your question.... No, I don't believe there's any downside to building and rebuilding constantly. No material is ever lost, and your base hull strength is only affected by Depth and the number of components you add on to it. The solar panel ceases to function after a certain depth, so do keep that in mind as well if you plan on utilizing this method of rapid construction and deconstruction for really deep dives!

The sounds are from a Reaper Leviathan who patrols somewhere around the Mountain Island.
You should ABSOLUTELY go look outside the caves in the deep water for the scary noise. And film it. With facecam.
