I Can't build anything

in Subnautica on Consoles
I have all the fragments for the mobile vehicle bay the bioreactor and for the propulsion cannon but i'm not able to build them

    Need to be a little more specific than that.

    When you click on the icon to build does nothing happen?
    Do you have all the resources needed to build them?
    Are you looking in the right place to build them?

    I'm pretty sure they mean that they found the blueprints but it's not in the pda and fabricator. I had the same thing happen to me. It's an old bug that still hasn't been fixed. You can use the dev console which I think is lb+lt+rb+rt+A and type "blueprint (insert name)" or if that doesn't work type "item (insert name)"
