Game locks up when lookng at PDA

Had this happen twice in a row. Can't screen shot it because it freezes my entire computer: I have to CTRL+ALT+DEL to get back to login screen and the manually shut it down through Windows Task Manager.

And that's all that happens. I open the PDA on the blueprints screen and the whole things instantly locks up. Since autosave isn't a thing, this really ruins my day.

Are you in the experimental? Some folks have found that using the mouse scroll wheel is a trigger.

Make sure you have another window open; then you can ALT-TAB out and kill the process via task manager.

Yes, experimental. No, not mouse wheel, just TAB. Second window is a good idea, I'll try that.
