Freemode setting slider

Hi first post!
This may have certainly been addressed before, but as a new forum member I did not see my idea posted earlier: I really think that Freemode should have a slider in main menu to regulate the food/water needs when starting a new game. Turning it completely off as of today takes too much out of the game. Again, pure Survival Mode gets too sustinance oriented.
By having this slider setting in Freemode it will truly be 'Freemode'

    No response, 10 days bump... I still think it is a very good idea to have the possibility to regulate the hunger/thirst needs from off--easy--normal--hard at new game. In fact, this would actually remove the need for Freedom mode entirely.

    I'm happy with no food or water needed, so I hope that remains an option. But a slider for more control would be great.

    The more ways to customize gameplay, the better.
