Scanner room

Am I just being thick? I recently added a scanner room to my base and when trying to scan for specific resources I don't seem to be able to select any of them that show on the wall.

If I'm doing it wrong then please tell me how

Disappointed to see that this is the case...here I was thinking I needed to add or upgrade something to make it work. I'm having the same issue, scanner room is just sitting there. Just a room, albeit a cool looking one.

All upgrades are in, scanning is broken.

Yea but you can build on the scanner selector display, since mine doesn't do anything I've got my fabricator there lol

scanner room is manual only at the moment lol got to love it

Upgrades don't seem to do anything. I sent out a drone and waited until it started to get static, then I brought it back and "docked" it to the side of the scanning room. I then added 4 range upgrades and sent the drone out again. It started to get static and exactly the same place.

Also, you can't take the upgrades out of the upgrade bay.
