(On xbox one) press the menu+back+left bumper+ right bumper, all at the same time and there you have this (The developer tab under the resume game tab in the picture). Your welcome

P.S. You might want to try it a few time, before you get it, it takes like about 2-3 tries. (Sry for rambling

You don't need to press the menu button and bumpers at the same time; just press the bumpers while in the menu.
