Build 34431 bugs...?

I have noticed a number of new bugs after today's build 34431 installed.
My graphics performance dropped to hell. I was running beautifully at recommended settings, but now I get about 5 frames per second at minimum graphic levels.
Various tools, such as the habitat builder are now broken. They start the construction/deconstruction animation, then just stop. the game does not crash, but the item can not be completed/removed.
I'd like to roll back the patch to verify that this is the issue, but so far have not managed to figure out how to do so.
Any advice would help.

I deleted my save game and started over, and now I am run at max detail again perfectly.
Everything works and runs well.
Them's the breaks for early access. :-)
