Locker resource automation

When you build an underwater base any item stored in the lockers within the base are instantly available in the fabricator. This way you don't have to go back and forth to pickup resources to build more advanced items. You can also see instantly if you have all necessary items to build advanced materials and items.

    I don't know if I like the idea of items that are stored in a locker anywhere in your base being used, as that's a bit too magicy, but it might be cool to have an upgraded fabricator with attached storage that it can use items from.

    you mean , the fabricator detects and take the items on the locker for crafting?

    Multipurpose room upgrade that make entire room a big storage. Fabricator placed in such room can use resources from any locker inside that room because that function put there by design.
    And like much other themes on that forum - autouploading resources from seamoth and put resources in storage without entering the base. Appreciate that.

    That a nice little quality of life idea. I like it. Although I would like to see it implemented as @Chudovish said. Make MP-rooms upgradable to give them a special purpose so to speak. Upgrade one into a storage room and then it would have integrated lockers wich are interconected which each other kind of an automated storage. A fabricator build in that room (maybe with a fixed place like the Seamoth upgrade console in the Moonpool) could then have access to all the stored resources. Ah the little things...
