Have had this issue before. Fix was to smash the seamoth and build a new one. Eventually had to start a new game because every new seamoth would bug after the first play/save/exit/reload cycle. Found and updated display driver at about the same time, so could have been one or the other.
Well, I do have the same problem, only not that noticable. For me it is barely noticable, so i can still enjoy the ride. This probably needs further optimization for diffrent systems - or maybe there are some memory leaks happening.
So for now i guess we have to wait for better optimization, or get a diffrent system, that can handle this
Try checking your memory usage next time...
I just tested myself and got into my seamoth (used it many hours)... I have around 6,9/16GB RAM in usage....that's heavy
