Game Crash and screen Load Failure ( Sorry thought this was in bug section)

I am on Build 1157199 and when i go to launch the game it fails to pull up a screen. It will instead pull up a little bar that looks like its the top right of a window that gives you the option to minimize or close window. This has been going of for a few days and none of my other steam games have issue. I am even able to run ark, However this game stopped working after 3 days of playing.
