Have any of you ran into a salt deposit the size of an iceberg?

in Subnautica on Consoles
I've had that glitch twice now, and when that happens, it messes up all the resources, making them randomly float in mid-air or mid-water.

    Well technically it's a saltberg you're fitting into your wetsuit, but maybe we shouldn't go there...

    Maybe there is a secret race of Saltians on the planet that shot the Aurora down with their salt laser guns, salt rockets and salt slingshots. The Sea Emperor could be the salt god, the saltberg was an egg! it all makes sense now!

    I had the regular giant saltberg happen but then just last night I was seamothing along at about 40m, all of a sudden i'm 1000m under in complete darkness, when i finally made it back to the surface i see nothing but an absolutely colossal saltberg and all of my beacons in various places below me, no Aurora in sight...parallel dimension?

    I have but in the form of a glitch floating with random doors over the water with some plants and under the water not far somtimes gurders big ones that spawn through your base and constant damage lol was fun but freaky bruh

    i have a giant saltburg almost on top of my base in my main save and i like the view so i have left it there and doesn't seem to cause any issue. I feel there should be icy regions in this game if possible it makes it feel more realistic to me. Maybe could be added as a reason to stay within the programmed space as it does get very cold at the borders of the map. For now I'd really like a novelty googly eyes item I could apply to it and other things in the game to complete the comedic value. Would it be a copyright issue to include a semi flat volleyball?... I could see a whole new category of videos coming from such additions.

    slackerstu i had my base about that close to BEWARE!!! move your base or what happened to me might happen to you which was a large steel girder suddenly spawning through your base causing constant damage and no walk around i hope for the best for you
