Bugged cyclops blueprint in survival

Have collected all blueprints 3 times
I have the hull, engine and the bridge but it doesnt confirms that i have the bridge. It also says that i have the 2 bluepeints of 3 but it says that i have 3 out of 3 bridge fragments
Ive also tried to restart the game but it still appears unlocked.

There's a known bug with blueprints not being added to your PDA even though you've scanned all the required fragments.

You can add the blueprint manually by opening the console (RB+LB+A) and entering the relevant command. There's a list of them here: http://subnautica.wikia.com/wiki/Debug_Console_Commands

is it confirmed that you can open the console commands on xbox? tried holding LB+RB+A but it does not open a console command entry option.

It is confirmed, try the way I learnt, hold down LB, RB, A, B, Y and X lol.

Hey i Need help how can i recharge the power on my cyclops sorry i have the Game Know 2 days

Currently you cannot recharge the power on Batteries and power cells. Once they are spent, they are forever more useless. You have to make new power cells and replace the old ones. That will eventually change though in a future update where you can recharge power cells.
