Seabase constantly announcing things!

Not sure if it's a bug, but I think it should be fixed.

So I had just constructed a moonpool and plopped my seamoth in it to recharge. But since charging takes power, it brought the system power to 0. My bio-reactor was also trying to generate power, basically making the seabase system announce "WARNING: EMERGENCY POWER ONLY" and "POWER RESTORED: ALL PRIMARY SYSTEMS ONLINE" all at the same time, constantly. And it went on and on and on until the sun came up, when my solar panels started charging. It was very disruptive and unsettling. (all the meanwhile my oxygen level was decreasing)

    I know this Problem, u need to Build more Solar Panels. Later u can Build an Nuclear-plant, I f u get the full Blueprint.

    alpha2014 is right, your power source may generate power very slowly and your moonpool drains it so quickly, so the eregy warning keeps repeating itself since the energy count is always bounce between 0 to 1. I think you can release your seamoth and wait until day time; let the sunlight charges your panels then it will be fine.
