Survival game glitched

My survival game has become glitched and I am hoping I don't have to start over. I have scanned 100% (4/4) moonpool fragments, and in my pda it is stuck there. Says 100% (4/4) but will not become available to build. I have tried scanning more fragments, but this neither unlocked the moonpool nor did it give me titanium pieces. I tried quiting and resetting the game, switching to other game modes then back to survival, hard resetting the xbox. Nothing has worked to unlock the moonpool.

There's a known bug with blueprints not being added to your PDA even though you've scanned all the required fragments.

You can add the blueprint manually by opening the console (RB+LB+A) and entering the relevant command. There's a list of them here: http://subnautica.wikia.com/wiki/Debug_Console_Commands

Like EverReady said just press lb + rb + A at the same time and type ITEM moonpoolblueprint 1
