Starting screen is Green/Lights randomly going out

1) When I load up Subnautica instead of the nice calming waves I see on youtube Its all green expect for the new game button ect. ect.
(non-Important bug)
2) When I leave my base for more than 2 minutes or load up the game everything is dark until i place glass or a living wall (bio-light is still there).
