Building at sea level to get a view of above/below water = water in my base?

in Subnautica Bug Reporting
so... yeah... tried relogging after saving, i recover oxygen even though it looks like i am submerged, but the water level is in my base. Anyone else had this problem?

    This is an old bug.
    You build subwater base. But from time to time somebody wants to live on surface. they 'rising periscope' and build some structure above the water surface. Game don't understand - where player actually is - below or above water. The game cant imagine how it is - to be in both 'places' at once. This lead to this bug
