Feedback from Devs

Hi :)

My suggestion is that the Devs give some comments and feedback to our Ideas and suggestions, also to tell us if some of our Ideas got implemented in some way, that would be awesome and give us more drive to work with them and make the game beyond awesome :)

PrimozG, I empathize with your desire for dev feedback. Yet I suspect it would take a lot of energy if the devs tracked all of the suggestions and bug reports, let alone provided feedback on them. That's energy that would necessarily reduce development efforts.

Is there an alternative? Suppose the user community itself tracked suggestions and bugs. The huge number of posts here (and also on the Steam forum) makes it difficult to see if a suggestion has already been made, or a bug already reported, resulting in duplicate posts. (That's not all bad, since each post provides a different perspective.)

Could we have something like a wiki, where "registered" users (to avoid spamming) can update suggestions, etc.? This wiki would have links back to each post discovered on a given topic as well as a community-driven consensus. The devs could, if time permitted, respond with simple edits to the "Dev Section" of the wiki. Possible responses might be "Noted", "Confirmed bug", "Fixed", "Implemented" and so forth.

That would be weary good, because, what is the point of us brainstorming and giving out ideas if nobody notices them?
