Oh back to the muzzleflash thing, <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'> I don't think you can turn it off, unless you use the model removal "cheat".

I would recommend just replacing them with a smaller muzzleflash. You do by changing your sprites, There a couple in the model and skins section in the forum.
