Ideas for improvement to the game ^_^

Hey everyone!
So first of all, I LOVE THIS GAME (you can skip this part directly to my suggestions below the picture ). The atmosphere, deep tension when you approach vast areas of just black sea, colourful biomes and creatures, the horror of meeting a Reaper (yeah, I screamed like a baby), the detail-level and how things interact (I shot a quartz crystal near my base, broke a window and had a flooding, HOW COOL IS THAT), and just the general idea of an underwater exploration game, where you just don't dive into a cave without the necessary equipment or dare swim near an area with the roar of a Reaper. There is a constant tension and fear of the unknown, places you want to explore, but don't dare to without the necessary equipment. It keeps this game going and it is just an excellent idea for an exploration game. BUT I made a list of features that I think is absolute necessary to add to the game, so I hope the Devs will come by this post ^_^
RECHARGE LOCKER BLUEPRINT FOR POWER CELLS
I noticed my number one goal in the beginning was to find the Moon Pool, so I was able to recharge my Seamoth in order to save my Copper Ore. It was not quite easy, and spend several hours to find this hidden garden ^_^ I like to explore, but tbh, it was a bit meh during that time because I didn't wanna use my Seamoth because it uses so much power, and Copper Ore is a limited resource. So I definitly think that there should be a recharge locker fragment in maybe one of the wrecks.
RESPAWNING OF FAUNA AND FLORA + ECOSYSTEM INFLUENCE AND FOOD-CHAIN MECHANICS
It is fun to play around with repopulating your own fish stock near your homebase, but when you return after a long time of exploration only to discover all the fish is gone again, it is kind of annoying. So yeah, fish should, as under natural circumstances, respawn. However, it could be really REALLY cool if there is some interaction between fauna, flora and biomes, e.g. if you repopulate a deepwater fish in the Safe Shallows, it would die because of the pressure differences, or maybe certain type of fish will only breed in the Creepvine Forest. And also some food-chain mechanics. Then you could experiment and actually use the info you get with the scanner of flora and fauna to something
MAP CREATION BLUEPRINT
This has probably been said several times, but I have some more specifics. I think it would be awesome to implement a blueprint for Map Creation. Then you start out with like a blank board which is one of the windows in your PDA. Then there should be standard markers that you could drag around the board, e.g. wrecks, creepvine forest, reef, volcanoes etc. Maybe have an on/off switch that would make your Beacons blink on the board so you have kind of an idea of how different areas are located compared to each other. Later on, the map can have some additional features, but this would atleast give a good overview and a nice addition to exploration.
ON/OFF SWITCH FOR BEACONS
Yeah, I would like to have them stop blinking at times
STORY THROUGH SIGNALS FOUND IN WRECKS
I think it would be nice to use my Communications Relay a bit more than just in the beginning. It could be nice if you could find Signals in Wrecks with small stories of either you as a person (since you don't really know anything about the guy you are playing as) or just more details about the crew and purpose of the Aurora spaceship.
THE ABILITY TO DELETE ITEMS
Then I have some less important features that could be added:
NOTEBOOK IN YOUR PDA
CUTE ROBOT BLUEPRINT
It can feel very lonely between the Gasopods and Peppers, so the addition of a robot blueprint, that could be situated in your base, would be so awesome. Here is a pic. of a cute robot from Tales from the Bordersland as inspiration
SPEED AND TIMER BLUEPRINT
It could be nice to see the speed of your vehicles and the time of the day.
GENDER SELECTION
Would be nice if you could choose the gender of your character.
NATURE EVENTS
Like earthquakes and tsunamis, that would affect your base. You could then find Pressure Sensor and Seismometers blueprints, so you get a warning. These events should not completely destroy your base, but just force you to repair it and maybe be out of power for a day if you have not prepared your base for a nature "attack" . Then there should be advantages/disadvantages of living deep/shallow, e.g. tsunamis would affect shallow bases more, but they would be more safe from earthquakes.
UNDERWATER WALKMAN BLUEPRINT
So you could hear some crispy music while you swim around
I might come up with some more stuff later, but this is my list so far I will end this off with a video of me trying to repopulate gasopods near my base... which ended with dead Peppers killed by mean fart-clouds
Comments
-Some sort of change inside the base when backup power comes online
For example when your base runs out of power for any reason it would be great if you could feel it while inside the base. Maybe a dim in lights, emergency lights come on that at much dimmer, etc. It would make some people try to use other sources of energy than just solar panels because it would be hard to see inside the base when power goes out.
The the nature events you mentions above some meteors would be kickass
-I actually recently figured out that there are solar eclipses in the game already so yeah. Meteors would be nice
Screeches
-Something I find that takes away from the immersiveness of the game is the fact that screeches get completely cut off once the source is out of your render distance. Probably will be fixed.
Water Filtration System
PLEASE GIVE US A WAY TO TURN IT OFF WITHOUT HAVING TO DESTROY IT. THANK YOU
Animations for Basics
-I would love animations for ladders and hatches. The only ladder I know of that has animations is the one in the escape pod and I was kinda wondering why. Also stairs would be cool to have, like maybe a straight connector that is diagonally shape up or down with stairs.
Character
Gender choice as mentions above and please can you make the character taller when on land cause I feel like I'm crawling on the floor. Also when falling it would be nice if you would just look like your walking in the air.
That's all for now I will post more if new ideas come to mind.
A sidenote to the Nature Events; ofcourse you should be able to completely avoid your base from taking damage from tsunamis or earthquakes if you built up your base's strength.
Also:
- The ability to destroy items
Like when you carry around a Rotten fish, I don't want to drop it and destroy the looks of the lovely environment... Or if you have picked up too many seeds, the only way to get rid of them now is to deconstruct the inventory they are in.
- The ability to remove plants from Large Aquariums
Maybe I have missed out how to do this? Atlas, I'm deconstruction my Large Aquarium every time I want to replace a plant...
You can already remove plants. If its a mushroom just pick it up, if its creepvine just swing your blade a few times 5-6 and it should destroy it.
