TEXTURE/ IMAGE LOADING BUG! CRASHING! NOT LOADING UP TEXTURES PROPERLY!

Just bought and downloaded Subnautica and ran it. Some images/ icons aren't loading properly in the menu's. In place of where the textures should be there are like some sort of bar-code looking images and Blank squares (where my pointer is in the centre of the screen even has this),
also there are a bunch of weird writing in heaps of different places(Like when Hovering my mouse of things. My hunger bars and that are all weird and displaying random colours. It crashes pretty much as soon as I enter the water? if not, a bit after. What is going on? how do i fix it? please help.
I was really looking forward to playing this game tonight.
