Game starts up to black screen

Hi,
After a long hiatus, wanted to play the farming update. However the game boots to black. I can hear the menu sounds and BGM.
- Tried both on my internal and external screen, at all resolutions and graphics settings.
- Tried verifying cache in Steam
- Uninstalled, deleted remainder from steamapps.
- Reinstalled.
- Updated all drivers
Issue persisted.
