  regardless if it's killed or not or altered and sent flying in your direction it's quite easy to keep your distance from the crash fish before it decides to go bang.

  Does the Seamoth even trigger the crash fish? And can we get close to one inside a Seamoth, they live in caves?

  There are some very very exposed ones...trust me.
  
  And yes the crashes can be triggered by the seamoths and if they explode nearby it they destroy it immediately.

  Just remember that the crash isn't real. I find zombies in horror games scary but it's always satisfying to come out on top. Get out there and kill that bugger!

  It does and you can. Crashes can destroy the seamoth in one explosion, or at least it used to. Never felt the need to test it.

  Personally I think that they should nerf the crashes, I mean not even the reaper leviathan can do that much damage!
