New update causes game to crash

in Subnautica Bug Reporting
Ever since the new update my game crashes when i try to enter the sea.
i get around 60 frames without frame drops it just completely shuts down after jumping in the water.

my system is very outdated so that might be a problem but i had no problems before the update could roam the depths without problem.

    to try this go to

    Steam Library -> Subnautica properties (rightclick) -> General -> Set launch options, here you type:

    -force-d3d9
    This just fixed it for me
