Backup servers for Steam's Workshop

With the release of 273 server admins can add a backup server for clients to download mods from in case Steam's Workshop isn't responding (which happens very often). I suggest that those of us who have the possibility to run mod backup servers share them here for everyone to use.

Feel free to add The Thirsty Onos backup server to your ServerConfig.json. Just add this line to your ServerConfig.json to make it work:

"mod_backup_servers":[ "http://thirstyonos.com:27031" ]

It's located in Stockholm, Sweden and is using a 280/110 Mbit/s connection.

    I will look into this for TAW but we do not have such shiny bandwidth 'to spare' so, no promises.

    I've been getting errors in the log recently. If you're using my server make sure there is no "/" after the port number or you won't get it to work.

    I've had some problems with my ISP the last couple of days which has resulted in new IPs. I got tired of this and registered thirstyonos.com so we don't have to update the config files if it happens again.

    If you're using my backup server you need to update your serverconfig file again, but it should be for the last time ever.
