Camera keeps on spinning.

I just got he game and as soon as I enter a game the camera keeps on spinning. I do not have any controllers plugged in, I tried it with them plugged in and without. I tried it on every graphical setting. I reinstalled it and did all the stuff on there stem page and none of it worked. Here is what it looks like https://gfycat.com/WideTinyChicken . I would like to play this game can you please help.

Yea, but this problem must be new. I posted about it on Reddit and no one know about it.
