Experimental random FPS drops

I noticed while playing experimental (On experimental highest graphics), when things pop up (load literally a few feet in front of me) my fps will drop every time, Sometimes it will go smoothly but only for a short amount of time, my fps will stay over 50, but loading objects will drop it down to 20 causing a horrible stutter, which is probably why It's crashing most people's pc's. I was playing yesterday for about 3 hours straight, had no crashing issues but a ton of FPS issues. I even died trying to kill a stalker because as I was evading up towards the top and knifing at the stalker, I would reach the surface but as soon as I hit the surface my fps died on me, it was dropping from 20-50 constantly having terrible stutters which of course, the stalker killed me. I noticed that most of the time going through the surface water, the fps will drop and cause a stutter, going back to normal 50-60 if I keep my head up over the water. My fight with the stalker caused me to go over and under the surface several times, which caused so much stuttering It was unplayable. I also get these fps drops just walking around my underwater base, which is literally, like 4 platforms and a multi-purpose room with a few corridors. Every time I walk from my storage locker, to the fabricator which is literally about 5 feet away from each other in the same multi-purpose room, I will get fps drops every time, stuttering every time I walk back and forth the storage and fabricator. I will also get fps drops just walking down corridors, which I think this may have something to do with the loading objects having to be so close to the players that while I'm walking in the base, everything around me will load outside causing these stutters, that would be my guess for it. A good question would be is why is subnautica making these things pop up so close to the player, causing fps drops as you literally see everything come out of nowhere, about 10 feet in front of you. This made exploration just stutter when this happened. So tell me has experimental been going smooth for you? Share your specs if it is, and also share if there is an actual fix for this.
