Build 26277 Dec - 2015

Description
Foundations cannot be deconstructed when they are connected to the Moonpool.

Reproduction steps

1) Build a Moonpool
2) Build a foundation that is connected to the Moonpool

    Foundations can't be removed when anything is connected to them. I believe this is intentional. Just deconstruct the moonpool first - you get back all of your resources.

    Only as long as something is build ontop of the foundation. If it connects to the side you should be able to deconstruct it.
